working with Fortune 500 clients in the America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
We are a global contract staffing company for NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORK
(NSN).
We have urgent requirement for the following position.
1. Position: CS Core Engineer
Location: Dubai
• Perform Second Line O&M activities for CS Core network elements.
• Perform element and system acceptance. Follow up snags before
elements go live. Ensure compliance to minimum acceptance criteria.
• Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Preventive Maintenance
Routines.
• Perform SW (CD, ECD, PCD) Upgrades and License Installation.
• Perform SW Version upgrade for core production.
• Ensure the compliance of SLA that has been agreed upon between NSN
and the customer.
• Work as 24/7 on call stand-by resource, Response back promptly as
per agreed SLA, when contacted by NOC & other SLM teams.
• Execute data fills and participate in troubleshooting for new
Radio, VAS and IN equipment integrations with core production.
• Execute data fills and participate in troubleshooting for new
Radio, VAS and IN equipment integrations with core test lab.
• Execute day to day configuration changes required in core
production related to expansion/modification in circuit groups, signalling
links, digit analysis, routing analysis etc.
• Responsible to make sure that regular backups are been taken on
core elements.
• Work and produce required data as required by Du security team.
• Perform in depth analysis of PM data in conjunction with PM team.
• Work with CARE team and Customer in the event of outages.
• Responsible to close trouble tickets coming from customer side in
the specific area
EXPERIENCE (Recommended work experience for this position):
• 3 to 5 years experience (2 to 3 years for entry level) as core engineer in
circuit switch core operations
• Experience in NSN DX-200 based platforms is must.
• Some experience in UNIX is required.
• Working experience either with GSM/UMTS cellular operator/vendor with O&M
team
2. Position: PS Core Engineer
Location: Dubai

• Experience in NSN 2G-SGSN, 3G-SGSN and Flexi GGSN platforms is must. Must
have experience of both DX-200 and IPSO based platforms.

team.
3. Position: NOC Engineer
Location: Dubai
• Monitor Network Surveillance Systems output and engage
appropriate Fault Management Processes to assure Service Quality levels and
Customer Satisfaction for the Managed Services Platform.
• Provide shift base network monitoring 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
and 365 days/year.
• Monitoring of Multi Access Network (2G / 3G) with elements from
Core, Access and VAS.
• Monitor all network events that could actually or potentially
impact upon network service performance.
• Identification and prioritization of faults via Network Alarms;
taking decisive steps to ensure appropriate levels of response are applied
for speedy fault resolution
• Initiation and effective management of Trouble Tickets (TT)
through to closure, paying close attention to the SLA requirements and
capturing all relevant details for future reference on the TT system.
• Execution of regular routines and tasks supporting near
real-time network performance monitoring.
• Track planned work to ensure start & stop times is adhered to.
• Co-operate with network specialists to ensure quick recovery
from service failure.
• Co-operate with Customer Care to ensure the best feedback for
end-users
• Act as the interface to other operators / entities and initiate
Emergency Restoration Plan if and when required.
• Interaction with other NOC and Operational teams in line with
agreed processes and working practices.
• Performance of tasks as requested by the Team Leader / NOC
Manager
EXPERIENCE (Preferred work experience for this position: 1 year)
• Nokia 3G RAN & Nokia Core Element Monitoring via Nokia OSS
• Nokia NetAct Reporter Tool; Traffica
• Trouble Ticketing and Work order aspects
• Microsoft products: Outlook, Office suite, Internet usage.
