* Plans and manages internal and external resources.
* Is responsible for internal and external project reporting.
* Acts as a primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
* Shares project experience and best practices, knowledge of project management processes, tasks and tools with other project managers. Identifies and supports new business opportunities.
* Agree the implementation planning criteria, e.g., site solution in use, together with project manager and network planning.

Core NSS Field Switch Engineer

Criteria: Candidates with minimum 4 years Experience in Ericsson

relative functional area to apply only. All candidates not meeting

the criteria will not be entertained. Responsibilities: The FSE

(Field SwitchEngineer) is assigned to work with troubleshooting of

AXE 2G & 3G network including hardware and software faults/testing of

new signalling and voice routes/Daily, weekly, and monthly routines

which includes backing up the CDR records, A-log files, APG, and CP

on tapes, in all Regions of Saudi Arabia. Acceptance test of Ericsson

core nodes. Operation and maintenance activities for GSM , 2G & 3G

Networks, AXE Nodes MSC, MSC-S, BSC, SCP, STP, HLR, FNR (APZ21240/50,

APG40 NT/2003) & MGw. Software up gradations like ACA loading.

Experience with GSM R10/11/12. Experience of DT preparation/loading,

correction loading, C7 Signalling as well as understanding some STS

(Stats handling) related to OSS and APG40. Experience of STM (ET1551)

ET4-1, RTDMA, HSL & Sigtran interconnection and testing including ODF

F & DDF activities. The equipments will involve all the Ericsson

supplied nodes. It is the responsibility of the System Engineer to

solve and correct service and network problems according to agreed

timing and standards set, to detect and highlight network

deficiencies and to some extent
