1) Required IN/VAS Engineer
Description of Engineer:
- Oracle & Unix knowledge
- Network (TCP/IP,WEB) knowledge
- Engineering degree
• Experience about VAS & IN services
• Fluent in English (reading & writing)
Scope of Work:
• Periodically system checking and service control 7/24.
- Responsible for giving the pure data to the other departments for
system and subscriber reports. ( RA + TIB )
- Solving subscriber problems as soon as possible which comes from
Customer Care Department.
- Observing the platform capacities and capacity management
- Works two shifts as 7/24 and prepare shift reports at the end of the
shift that contains the works which has done and which will done.
- Be on-site in critical temporary works and analyze the problems that
may occur.
- Provide support in configuration changes for the requirements that
arise from NW VAS Planning.
- Responsible for First Level OS&DB&Application Maintenance for VAS
Platforms
- Will work in Ankara permanently but first 6 week will work in Istanbul
to learn Job requirements
2) Required IP Network Administrator
Job Description:
- IP-core network administration, operation and maintenance
- L2 support & troubleshooting
- Day to day operational activities, provisioning of network
elements (Cisco edge router, Cisco core switch and router, CPE equipment)
- Analyze and understand complex and non-defined problems and
requirements within and outside the own expertise, work with Technology
department experts to solve complex issues
- MSS/MGw, VOIP and SS7 knowledge will be preferable
- Candidate shall be CCIE certified for Routing and Switching
Responsibilities:
- Broadband network infrastructure operational documentation,
implementation, administration and support for IP Core Network
infrastructure, internet gateway, converged packet network, VOIP Core
system, broadband concentrator & gateway, routers, LAN switches, network
security, NMS etc.
- Data center facility planning and administrations
- Operation enhancement initiatives, ensuring the Broadband network
system infrastructure and processes meeting the KPI and SLA for the
businesses
- Responsible in collecting performance data for MPLS VPN
services, analyze performance data collected & produce report
- Proactive actions to improve VTAS CPN backbone’s stability,
efficiency and performance. Responsible for patch and firmware management of
network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Computer
Engineering/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in broadband/mobile technologies
- Extensive knowledge of IP Network administration and maintenance
activities
- Strong technical background in network infrastructure essentially
in MPLS, Traffic Engineering, QoS
- Good knowledge in TCP/IP application, wireless broadband
technology, system integration and security, such as AAA, Radius, DHCP, DNS,
SMTP, Firewall etc
- Excellent Problem solving skills
- A good understanding of GSM and 3G
- Fluent English
- No military obligation
