Job Description:
- Good communication skills
- Possess OAM experience on IN@vantage / C@O Platforms, CX, VoMS &
IVRs etc
- Service and System Integration IN/MSC interface
- Able to handle Emergencies, Fault Reports and Technical Queries on
IN products/platforms
- Able to provide on site / off site support to the Customer and team
members.
- Possess experience of trace analysis on different protocols (CAP2,
CAP3, SINAP, INAP, MAP, USSD, IR etc).
- Possess experience of SS7 & SCCP databases.
- Should have expert/analysis of IN Service and Application traces
