We are a global contract staffing company for NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORK
(NSN).
We have urgent requirement for the following position.
1. Position: CS Core Engineer
Location: Canada
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Dutaion: 3 - 6 months (extendable)
Scope of Work for Circuit Switch Core Engineer
- Engineering support for Commissioning, Integration, System Acceptance
Testing (SAT), and lab testing (as directed by NSN or Operator) of
Nokia-Siemens Networks CS Core Network elements (MSS and MGW).
- These engineering resources must have experience in test, turn up and
integration of NSN CS Core products in a customer environment.
- Specific tasks will include: Commissioning, reconfiguring, and
troubleshooting of MSS and MGW and Integration of the CS Core (includng
Fault isolation and resolution, NSN HLR Integration, OSS/NetAct/Advantage
Commander Integration, NSN and Huawei RAN Integration, Interoperability
Testing (IOT) with customer vendors (Huawei, Cisco, HP), Iu Flex (Inter-MSO
integration), and MOCN (inter-Operator integration).
Brief Description of works:
- Commissioning, Integration, System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and
Engineering support for NSN CS Core elements at customer MSO and /or Lab
facilities.
- Completion of MSS and MGW NSN Site Folder Documentation and Test Logs
for Commissioning and Integration as required.
- Jointly working with NSN Customer reps on jointly, pre-agreed System
Acceptance Testing, documentation and test logs.
- Implementation of S/W and or H/W upgrades to equipment as required.
- Interoperability Testing (IOT) and Engineering support for Customer
vendors as required.
- Providing timely daily status reports of progress and issues to NSN
Project Management team.
Terms & Conditions
Rates: USD 350 per working day
Inclusive of this rate:
- Accommodation and food at the base location
- All personal travels (which include your daily reporting to the
office)
- Laptop and 3G mobile
- Income tax or other taxes (applicable)
Exclusive of this rate:
- All business travels will be reimbursed at actuals or the
transportation will be provided by the client
- Mobile bills will be paid by the client.
- Air ticket from current location to project location. (You will need
to arrange the same on your own and you can get it reimbursed at actuals
from IMSI).
- IMSI will provide the Work Visa. In case if you are ask to process
the WORK visa then all the expenses will be fully reimbursed by IMSI. All
the necessary documnets required for processing the Visa will be provided
by IMSI
- Out-station accommodation to be provided by the client
