Tangent International are looking for an experienced R4 Test Manager to
work on an urgent project in the Czech Republic.
Previous experience as a Test Manager on previous R4 Projects is essential
for this role.
The position will be for 3/4 Months and may extend furher if neccessary
Responsibilities will include
- preparation of testing procedures according to a SAT scope.
- general GSM/UMTS knowledge with focus to R4 networks
- overview of mobile networks protocols
- capability to work independently
- experience with managing small group of people (test team of about 2-4
people)
- reporting of found problems in the tests and cooperation with
troubleshooting team
- ability to create test case description based on feedback from testing
team
- ability to keep tracking of testing progress and statistic of test
execution
- Planning of testing to meet project targets
- responsibility for acceptance test document update

Leading Global Telecoms Vendor urgently require a Charging Gateway Support
Engineer for a 3 month extendable contract in Iran. You will
- Provides technical expertise per technology to support all Network
Operations functions and is main interface with Vendor Care/Support
functions on technical matters regarding Network Operations for all
technologies in scope
- Leadership & Management of Technical Engineers or small team
- Carries out highest level technical support skills per technology
- Support to Fault Management function
- Supports Performance Management function
- Supports Configuration Management function
- Collaborates with others to resolve complex matters
- Takes part in 24x7 (Call-out) for technical support
- Supports planning and execution of complex network HW/SW upgrades
- Investigates major outages
- Supports report writing as required by management
- Provides OJT competence transfer applicable to own area of expertise
- Interfaces with Vendor engineers on escalated technical matters
- Makes routine maintenance checks, takes follow up actions and documents
- Support PM with report analysis and formulae writing
- Competent on CG 4.3 Operation and Maintenance
